Author’s note: “When I was a school bus driver, I was motivated to write this by two ten-year-old boys who rode on my bus. They shared their story with me about seeing two girls who attracted their attention over the weekend at a shopping mall. Grammar and spelling idiosyncrasies are the boys’ doing.”
The author goes by, simply, Bowser. His last name, like his writing, barks and often bites with humor. Although frustrations unearthed his poetry, rhythm and rhyme storytelling senses, his passion for unadulterated verse incorporating all age groups and nationalities hasn’t wavered since his first Tail-Wag in 1985. As he continues to perform, he encourages young voices to pay homage to their abilities in every art form.
